| ANCAcombi is a solid phase enzyme immunometric
assay (ELISA). It is designed for the simultaneous differential
and qualitative determination of anti-neutrophil
cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) directed
against PR3, MPO, BPI (Bactericidal permeability
increasing protein), Elastase, Cathepsin G, Lysozyme
and Lactoferrin. The assay system recognizes IgG class
autoantibodies.
The wells of the microplate are vertically coated with
the following antigens: Reference antigen, PR3, MPO,
BPI, Elastase, Cathepsin G, Lysozyme and Lactoferrin in
row A to H, respectively. The microplate can be divided
into 12 modules of 8 wells each or can be used
completely for 96 determinations (12 profiles). |
