| ANCA screen is an indirect solid phase enzyme linked immunometric assay (ELISA). It is designed for the simultaneous semi-quantative determination of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) directed against PR3 and/or MPO. The assay system recognizes IgG class autoantibodies.
The wells of the microplate are coated with a mixture of PR3 and MPO. The microplate can be split into 96 single wells. |
