| ENAscreen is a solid phase enzyme immunometric
assay (ELISA). It is designed for the qualitative
screening on IgG class autoantibodies directed against
the extractable nuclear antigens SS-A (52 and 60 kDa),
SS-B, Sm, RNP/Sm, Scl-70 and Jo-1. The wells of the
ENAscreen test are coated with a mixture of the
corresponding antigens. Further differentiation and
typing should be carried out using the ENAcombi
(ORG 514) test or the quantitative ENA test
kits (ORG 508 to 513). |
