ENA-4-Profile is designed for the qualitative determination
of IgG class autoantibodies for the diagnosis of
mixed connective tissue diseases. Each kit contains
three colour coded strips of:
SS-A colour: red
SS-B colour: blue
Sm colour: yellow
RNP/Sm colour: green
Calibration of the assay is performed with four different
cut-off calibrators specific for each individual
antigen. 24 determinations per parameter can be performed. |
