ENA-6-Profile is designed for qualitative determination of IgG class autoantibodies directed against extractable nuclear antigens. The determination of these autoantibodies is a powerful tool in diagnosing mixed connective tissue diseases. Each kit contains 2 colour coded strips of:
SS-A colour: red
SS-B colour: blue
Sm colour: yellow
RNP/Sm colour: green
Scl-70 colour: pink
Jo-1 colour: black
Calibration of the assay is performed with six different
cut-off calibrators specific for each individual antigen.
16 determinations per parameter can be performed. |
