| ThromboCombo is an enzyme immunoassay for the
simultaneous and differentiating detection of autoantibodies
(IgG and/or IgM) that are directed against
anionic phospholipids and the cofactor β2-Glycoprotein
I. Altogether 12 different patient profiles can
be assessed on one plate. The strips are coated as
follows:
A: Reference antigen (Calibration)
B: β2-Glycoprotein I
C: Cardiolipin
D: Phosphatidyl Serine
E: Phosphatidyl Inositol
F: Phosphatidic Acid
G: Mixture of all phospholipids
H: Mixture of all phospholipids, without additional coating with β2-Glycoprotein I. |
